Health Among Asian Diaspora in Canada (ACAM 320B)

Health is a particularly important topic for Asian diaspora in Canada. There are interpersonal and societal challenges that have a negative impact on the state of health for one of the largest diasporic groups in Canada. This course covers several topics that have important implications for health in this context, as well as ways in which communities within this diasporic group have sought to help lift each other up.
