  • Developed features for Tickit, the flagship product, deployed in major organizations including BC Children’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health
  • Worked closely with the designer to convert existing features into a mobile supported layout with careful attention to cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Modernized the front-end tech stack by removing and updating stale package dependencies
  • Maintained and fixed bugs for the Ruby/Rails back-end API and clinician dashboard
