Users have reported that Connect response times are slow. Three poorly-performing application servers have been identified as the cause of this slowness. Technicians are responding.  There will be an update by 12:00 PT.

Update 10:45 PT: Connect is continuing to respond extremely slowly, with some brief periods of unresponsiveness. We are currently adding more resources to the application servers. The next update will be by 13:00 PT.
