Connect service has been restored as of 16:30 PT. We are gathering data about the incident and will be working with Blackboard to further investigate.

There is currently a Connect service disruption – users are reporting frequent error messages.  Technicians are responding and will need to restart Connect to resolve the issue.  There will be an emergency restart of Connect in approximately 15 minutes, that may last as long as 30 minutes.  Service restoration target is 16:30 PT.

Connect will be unavailable on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 05:00-06:00 PT due to server maintenance.
