Technicians are responding to reports of poor Connect performance. In order to address the problem, Connect needs to be restarted to allocate additional resources. Connect will be unavailable from 11:15 to 12:00 PT. Update – Connect service was restored at 11:45 PT.

Users have reported that Connect response times are slow. Three poorly-performing application servers have been identified as the cause of this slowness. Technicians are responding.
