Our e@ubc Accelerator programs are always an interesting forum to watch nascent ventures take form. UBC teams apply for entrance and only select groups move forward.

One of the highlights of the program is the team of successful, industry mentors who donate their time to offer teams feedback and one-on-one mentoring. For even the most social of ventures, sooner or later the discussion turns to money. How will you stay afloat? What is the revenue model? How will offerings be priced?

Customer Segments
Before you dive into revenue and pricing models, it is important to have a firm grasp on your primary Customer Segments & your product market fit. What problems are you solving for whom with your venture?
