Dear Ms. Slager,

My name is Jane Doe, and I am the Guest Experience Manager at Earls Robson on Top. Your dining experience with (both in and out of) our restaurant is important to us, and we want to make sure that our guests are happy and that the food is of the best standard. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us as it lets us know where we have room for improvement. I have passed your feedback on to our General Manager, Head Chef and the rest of the management team.

Skip the Dishes is a relatively new service that our restaurant is offering, and our kitchen and management team are having to adapt quickly to keep up with the demand.  Still, this is no excuse, and I sincerely apologize for the quality of food you received.

I have made note of your name, and have issued a $25 gift card for the inconvenience.
