Welcome to our OER on Artificial Intelligence. We have decided to focus this presentation on instructional design: how designers are using AI to enhance their work in all levels of instruction, from K-12, higher education and in the corporate training world. We’ll share some new technologies and tools, and even give you a chance to try out a few! We’ll also talk about the inevitable security and privacy issues that come with this technology.
Our presentation is a slideshow created in Genial.ly. There are activities within the presentation, but we also hope to encourage a lively conversation in the blog below! In order to do this, we are changing up the format of the discussion this week. Rather than answering the questions in individual posts, each of this week’s 7 questions has been posted by us in the discussion below. PLEASE RESPOND TO THE QUESTION DIRECTLY BY REPLYING TO THE QUESTION POST, NOT AS A NEW POST. You can either reply to the original question, or to someone else’s comments.
We encourage everyone to reply to at least two of the prompts in the discussion below.
Now, let’s get to what you’ve been waiting for! Our presentation can be found here: https://view.genial.ly/6233d8a451790f00188de64e/presentation-ai-in-instructional-design
