Deb Giesbrecht is completing her Masters in Educational Technology from the University of British Columbia. This online course is designed for the Constructivist Strategies for e-Learning ETEC 530 course, and is the final project before graduating in May 2012.

She graduated from Athabasca University with a Bachelor in Nursing in 2006. With 24 years nursing experience, she is presently the Clinical Informatics Specialist Manager assisting to maintain a viable and efficient electronic patient record. Her passions include combining technology and nursing to provide better outcomes for patient care. Her education degree will assist in the professional development of health care clinicians.
