Coaching and Mentoring

Coaching and mentoring are important aspects in all professional education. Once you have completed this course, you will be paired with a senior manager and will observe an actual interview take place. Your mentor will examine some behavioral interview questions that will be used and discuss the various uses for these types of questions. This will prepare you for using your own interview questions within your organization.
