 Now it is time to apply what you have learned!

Review the list of interview questions that you currently use. Identify Credential, Technical, Experience, Opinion, Hypothetical and Behavioral Descriptive interview questions from your list. Develop at least three Behavioral Descriptive interview questions and incorporate them into your current interview list.

The Canadian Human Rights Commission has developed A Guide to Screening and Selection in Employment. This document provides helpful insight into the interview process and questions. Please review prior to developing your own questions.
