Assignment 4 – Will Text be around in 20 years?
Here’s a videoscribe of my journey through this course. I focused on what the future might look like, ending with my opinion that we might change to a more audio based society with technology such as Siri that will make text and reading less important.

Nice summary of the course using Videoscribe! It will be interesting to see where the future leads in terms of a “bookless revolution” as you point out. I also think that society will be moving more towards an audio based retrieval system in education forward. Did you enjoy the use of social book in this course? I really liked the concept, but found it somewhat difficult to access it as often as I would like, as it required me to be on a computer rather than on mobile devices. As that delivery system improves, and if you could read it anywhere, as in on a phone or tablet, I think student engagement with the product would increase.
