As a child growing up in the 90’s, I have witnessed the immense growth of technology, and the rapid incorporation of this technology into our lives. As a student and an educator, there is immense value in utilizing technology in that it can create an immersive experience. However, this is often argued in the Physical education setting as technology is often viewed as a distraction and a detriment to quality physical activity as it distracts students from interacting with the peers. My research is designed on disproving this belief and observing how technology could make physical education better.
