Once the data was normalized and the factors weighted, the flood infrastructure sites were then evaluated using multi-criterion evaluation methods in ArcMap.

Since the data was vector-based, the analysis was completed using the table of attributes. New fields were added for each of the factors, and filled in with normalized values using the SQL expressions. With these results and results from the  Analytical Hierarchy Process, the weighted linear combination formula was used to determine score for each site of infrastructure, again using SQL expressions.
