Fourth-year Human Kinetics student Rebecca Hayman accepted an opportunity of a lifetime.

Rebecca will spend three weeks learning about different aspects of health challenges that face contemporary society in both the developing and developed world at the Copenhagen School of Global Health. Rebecca was accepted to the The University of Copenhagen’s intensive three week Summer School in International Health targeting students and professionals with health related backgrounds. The annual course addresses participants working with health provision at hospitals and health centres in developing countries. Throughout the course the participants will meet a number of engaged lecturers representing a range of institutions such as University of Copenhagen, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, WHO, UNFPA, UNHCR, Red Cross and MSF.
