Setting Goals

Actually, I’v never worked in Korea, so internship in Vancouver will be a valuable experience in my life and helpful for me to improve myself. Therefore, I set up my own goal through the internship and I hope I achieve my goals!

“Personal”

  1.  Be on time in workplace everyday

      – I want to show I am ready to person to prepare to work well

      – I want to show I have a strong sense of responsibility

   2. Good relationship with my co-workers and make new friends

      – I will approach them first and try to communicate with English even though it is hard to express

      – I can share with co-workers information about me or Korea every moment

    3. Show I am very thoughtful by helping co-workers or customers first every day.

      – By asking customers “Do you need a help?” or “May I help you?”

      – By asking co-workers “How was your feeling?” or “Can I solve your problem?”

“Hard Skills”

      1. Improve English skills and learn different culture

         –  I won’t be nervous to make a mistake when I speak English

         –  I will communicate with my co-workers everyday

         –  I will learn English expressions by asking co-workers “What is that mean exactly?”

– By asking 2 questions about Canadian culture every breaking time

     2.  Show I am very active

         – By approaching to customers first every moment

         – By asking boss “How can I do?” or “I can do well”

“Soft Skills”

       1. Be nice to customers and co-workers and get along with them

– By saying with smiling and humors when I talk with them

– By sharing information which I know with co-workers at lunch time

-By saying friendly like “how are you?” or “Thank you for coming” to customers first every moment

 -By talking about Korean culture to co-workers at lunch time and will became a friend with them.

I will make everything well and be bright smile last!

I believe myself 🙂
