Congratulations to Alvin Ip who was awarded 1 of the 3 Top Oral Presentations at the UBC Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Research Conference for his talk “Applying resistance against the stronger leg to improve walking symmetry in people with stroke: a pilot study”. Alvin will be one of 3 students representing UBC at this summer’s U21 Undergraduate Research Conference in Waseda University in Japan.
Prime Minister and Premier visit ICORD
As part of the Rick Hansen 25th Anniversary of the Man-in-Motion Tour celebrations, we had the pleasure of hosting Prime Minister Stephen Harper and BC Premier Gordon Campbell at our lab this morning.
