Join the Volunteer Team for LSURC 2018!
The Language Sciences Undergraduate Research Conference (LSURC) will be on January 19-20, 2018 – and we need volunteers to help out before, during and after the conference! Volunteers will have a chance to meet other volunteers, speakers and many exciting people in language studies, along with getting experience with event and conference organization.

Join the LSURC 2019 Organizing Committee!
Joining the LSURC Organizing Committee is a great opportunity to apply your skills and plan a conference to bring together the Language Sciences research community. It doesn’t matter what field of study you come from- we hope to gather an interdisciplinary organizing team!
There is a wide variety of roles that need to be filled, so chances are that we could use your skills and experiences! These include:
- Conference Chair(s)
- Committee Organization
- Liasion with Language Sciences
- Overseeing all aspects of conference
- Program Committee
- Reviewers & adjudicators
- Conference format, schedule & program
- Marketing & Communications Committee
- Forms & surveys
- Emails & contacts
- Logistics & HR Committee
- Location & equipment
- Food, prizes & gifts
