I mentioned in an earlier post that we were going mainstream with this blogging thing (in reference to the PC MAg article). Now, I am sure of it:

As prescient as Microsoft was on the web, they have spotted blogs on the horizon. I pity whomever in the blog-world plays the tragic role of NetScape.
This just in: Microsoft acquires SixApart, creators of the MovableType Blogging Software, and have announced that it will be embedded into Windows Longhorn, due to be released sometime later this decade.
