Nachhaltigkeitswoche
Change happens outside the classroom. If we want to get a hold of environmental problems, we need to change our way of thinking. In projects like Nachhaltigkeitswoche or Enviroswiss I help creating awarness for environmental issues – and try to make a change.

I study environmental sciences at ETH Zurich. What is it, Environment? Environment can mean anything. I decided to focus on the relationship between humans and their natural environment.  It is the interface between people and nature. Having a background in environmental sciences, I have a technical approach to problems. This helped me to develop a system-oriented way of thinking and to understand nature as a interconnected entity. However, we cannot save the world with science alone: we need to change humans, too.  “Why do we do, what we do?” and “How can we, as a society move towards living more sustainably?” are questions which I am interested in.
