This assignment was successful as Periodontal Disease was defined in all three ways. Scientific or medical terms usually have simplified terms for the general public to understand. Thus, the definition is commonly used in layman’s term to patients as gum disease.

To learn how to write a letter of complaint due to bad service provided by a company in need of reprimanding.
Success
The success of this assignment came from motivation of a recent experience that made me want to fix the problem to prevent further dissatisfaction from this company. It was a company that I regularly order from and was not something I wanted to stop ordering. Therefore, in order to make future experiences desirable, I thought it was imperative to create awareness to the problem.
Purpose
To create change for efficiency in an environment where a problem can be distinguished and a solution can be found.
Success
This assignment was successful as the need for management of gum disease was necessary in my dental office. Discussing matters with the manager and dentist allowed for success of the inquiry. Support from the patient survey provided evidence for the need of better management for gum disease. Textbook content and peer reviews also encouraged success of the assignment.
