Design and supervision of development of Strengthening Capacity for Basic Education in Western China (SCBEWC) distance education platform.  (2006 – present) SCBEWC is a program under a Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) grant.  Working collaboratively with Northwest University, Xi’an, People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Peking University, Beijing, PRC.  Platform will support professional development activities for 10 million teachers in the PRC.  Professional development courses for SCBEWC project available via IP satellite system within PRC or from http://cida.ncet.edu.cn/
