As the conference is being held in the heart of downtown Vancouver, there are a great number of hotels nearby. We have arranged the following accommodation options for AMP 2015:

A block of rooms is available at discounted rates for AMP 2015 attendees at the Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver. ‘The Met’ is located just one block from the conference venue, and is very conveniently situated with respect to transportation (the Vancouver City Centre station on the SkyTrain line to the airport is also a mere block away). Note that the Met is also where the conference dinner on Saturday, October 10, will take place.
The discounted room rates at the Met are CAD $139/night for deluxe rooms (either 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed) and CAD $159/night for luxury rooms (1 king bed), plus applicable taxes and fees. These rates are for single or double occupancy; an extra charge of $30/night per additional adult applies.

Hotel Option #2 (Best Western)
As an alternative, lower-budget option, we have also secured a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus Chateau Granville at a discounted rate of CAD $109/night (single or double room) plus taxes and fees; again, additional charges may apply if more than two adults share a room. The Chateau Granville is located slightly further from the conference venue, but still eminently walkable (5–6 blocks or so).
