The lab supports researchers using experimental methods in various fields, from behavioural decision making and behavioural economics to behavioural strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, organizational behaviour, management science and social psychology. Topics include (but are not limited to) cognition and emotion in decision making, organizational neuroscience, power and influence, team and group working, and well-being and performance. The facility provides researchers with resources including specialized lab spaces, a participant pool, computers, equipment, and assistance with data collection.

We are looking for candidates with a PhD in psychology or a related field (e.g., cognitive science, neuroscience, social neuroscience).  The ideal candidate will have technical skills for conducting behavioural and psychophysiological experiments, including the use of EEG, ECG, eye tracking, electrodermal activity/GSR, and/or HRV.  They will also have undertaken and/or have supported research leading to the publication of research outputs in internationally recognized outlets.  The role is an exciting opportunity to run the laboratory and contribute to its future development, becoming part of a range of research projects spanning diverse applications of behavioural science to business and management.
