The BC Behavioural Insights Group (BC BIG) is looking for a passionate individual to join the team designing and evaluating behavioural insights solutions with clients across the BC Public Service.
Methods Specialist
The Methods Specialist leads a portfolio of complex behavioural insights projects for client ministries that involves designing solutions to challenges using knowledge and methods from behavioural science. The Specialist produces project artifacts, develops and implements trial protocols, collects and interprets data, and translates project findings into reports, blog posts, and presentations. The Specialist also provides strategic advice to client ministries that is informed by the operational context and by knowledge of the machinery of government and the suite of available policy instruments and levers.
