The NSW Behavioural Insights Unit has created a library of practical Behavioural Insights guides to “put the tools of behaviour change in your hands”. Guides cover topics like reducing sludge in emails or forms, helping teams work remotely, encouraging switching to digital services, addressing misinformation, and more.
The unit also has a number of other great public resources, including reports, a blog, case studies, and a newsletter.
