In the lead up to the BIG Difference BC conference, the conference planning committee and friends taped a series of short BI tutorial videos. These 1- to 2-minute videos:
- Introduce behavioural science concepts, like behavioural insights, nudge, and sludge
- Explain the value of exploratory research and experiments specifically and of applying BI in the public sector more generally
- Offer advice for identifying BI projects, avoiding common mistakes, and what to do after an experiment
