Learn how to use Behavioural Insights (BI) to have a positive impact on individuals, communities, organizations, and the planet!

Develop your BI knowledge and skills to help you draw on the behavioural and decision sciences to create and test solutions that change behaviour and tackle the challenges you care about. UBC is once again offering two BI programs geared toward working professionals across sectors:

Kirstin Appelt (UBC Decision Insights for Business & Society Research Director) will provide an overview of UBC’s BI programs and moderate a discussion between:

  • Yarnel Bender (Associate Vice President, Corporate Change Management & Communications at TD),
  • Rachel Yang (Market Research Analyst & Behavioural Scientist with Technical Safety BC),
  • Lindsay Miles-Pickup (Director, Provincial Wildfire Recovery with the BC Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness).
