I thought it is good to share some tips from UBC Campus Security with you, wish you can see in the picture below.
The Top TWO tips that I think are most important are
- If you have personal valuables in your workspace, they should be taken home or locked out of sight securely until you return.
- If you will be working on campus during the Holidays, be aware of your personal safety.; let someone know where you are and when you expect to return.
If you witness a crime in progress, call 911 immediately. Report any suspicious activity immediately to Campus Security at 604-822-2222.
