UPDATE:
On the Pharma case, please note that your presentation is not restricted to the 2-pages that you submit. You are expected to use what you deem appropriate for your presentation both in terms of length and format. You may use power point, document camera, hand-outs or any combination of these.
The only restriction is the time limit of 12 minutes.
If you are teams 5,6,7,8 you will attend February 6th only. If you are teams 1,2,3,4 you will attend February 8th only.

Groups 5,1 = VP Marketing
Groups 6,2 = Babysoft Manager
Groups 7,3 = Comfort Manager
Groups 8,4 = Vision Manager
Required:
- As a group create a two page write up, from your perspective, outlining recommendations regarding a MCS for the CEO.
- The CEO is not sure which product is the most profitable.
- place your team number, section number and role in the footer
- Create a one page visual to highlight your recommendations.
- Combine the two page write up and one page visual into a single pdf.
- Save: Title format: course#.your group#.Pharma.pdf
- for example==> 454.5.Pharma.pdf
- Upload one copy to your group’s three page PDF to the assignment box in Connect by 11 pm, February 5th.
- Print and bring four copies of your two page PDF to class.
NOTE: For the February 8th meeting involving groups 1,2,3,4 you will be given more information on Monday, February 6th at noon. This information will not form part of your submission on February 5th.
