Class Preparation:

  • Read & Prepare: Grand Jean Company (Anthony pages 181-184, on reserve in DLAM)

    • Work in your group and evaluate the system Mr. Wicks has in place, from your group’s perspective. All groups will prepare independently.
    • DELIVERABLE: Come to class with several slides (as a group) with your recommendations from the point of view based on your role below. Be sure your metrics are SMART (see below). Groups A – D will present to each other and groups E – H will present to each other.
