As a result of the service disruption that occurred on Friday, June 13, 2014 we were required to restore Connect from a backup of the application taken prior to the time the incident occurred. Users were encountering errors when accessing the Discussions tool and accessing courses. Connect was stopped at 17:00 PT to facilitate investigation. Connect service has been restored as of 21:30 PT.

There is currently a Connect service disruption – Users are unable to log into Connect. Technicians are investigating. We will provide an update by 12:44 PT. Our current restoration target is 13:30 PT.

Connect will be unavailable on Wednesday May 21st from 06:00-07:30 AM PT due to system maintenance. We will be deploying a change to the CTC3 integration that has been causing issues with course enrollments.

On Thursday May 1st between 06:00 and 7:30 PT, LOCR, UBC Library’s new and improved online course reserves system will be installed in Connect.
