UBC Okanagan’s University Centre will be getting a facelift this summer.
University Centre, also known as the UNC, is a building that currently house various non-academic departments. To provide better services to students, UNC is in-progress of being redesigned so that the Student Services front desk can function well and create a welcoming space where students can hang around.
Student Services & Financial Supports back-office staff who currently works on the 2nd floor will be moving into Enrolment Services’s 3rd floor office space. Many other departments will also be shuffled around in the building. At the moment, timing of all the moves are still unknown, but we are looking forward to all that is to come. As the renovation project continues, we will be keeping everyone up to date of the progress. So let the good times roll!
