For the September photo feature we wanted to take the opportunity to showcase our Brock Hall Fun Flickr page. 
The Flickr page was first created to upload photos documenting the fun events the FUN Committee would put on. The original FUN Committee was first put together in 2010 was headed by our own Joel Kobylka and included some familiar faces of today like Leah Villalobos, Cheryl Tyler, Carla Dasilva, and Coby Thurmeier, just to name a few.
The first event organized by this dynamite group was the 2010 Winter Olympics in Brock Hall which was a HUGE SUCCESS with their “Olympic” competitions consisting of office chair curling, air hockey, Wii bobsledding, and the popular department mascot competition! 
The FUN Committee has gone through some changes but continued to put on events over the next few years. Eventually the committee took a break as Enrolment Services went through some changes until it was resurrected recently by our current Registrar Kate Ross along with previous chair of the FUN Committee, Joel Kobylka… just in time to organize the most recent event, the ES Out-of-Office Wellness Afternoon.
The Flickr page has also gone through some changes and now has become a place to share photos of events participated by Brock Hall staff members. It’s a great way for staff members and the Flickr community to enjoy pictures of our past Brock Hall staff events.
