Jens used a simple-yet-amazing way to make up for the absence of participant’s disciplines in the current registration form. He looked them up on the web and added the info to the registration list. We were able to use this for tentative formation of small groups, and also to have an idea of where to focus on in our Day 1 theme sessions.

This is a really neat idea so you don’t have people with the same backgrounds in the same small groups. Jens, where did you look up their disciplines online?
