Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2016 and is currently working towards understanding the information-theoretic background of speech production. Pramit’s research interests primarily center around Deep Learning, Bayesian Inference, Computer Vision, and Neural Speech Motor control. He is trying to answer the question “How hard is it to speak?” by developing deep learning-based computational models connecting brain signals, muscle excitations, articulatory movements, acoustics, and auditory perception.
