My experience at Camp Elphinstone was fabulous. I love the outdoors and this was the perfect ending to my practicum experience. I experienced everything from rock climbing, to canoeing, nature walks, kayaking, and even participating in a morning mariachi band with the Sea-to-Sky crew!

In conjunction with playing outside daily, I had the opportunity of creating an outdoor edibles cookbook as part of Camp Elphinstone’s camp activities.
