Residence Life is looking for talented, passionate, and dedicated student leaders to join our team as Residence Coordinators in 2017/18. Residence Life is currently accepting applications for this position, which oversees teams of Residence Advisors in our first year residences. The deadline to apply is January 26, 2017.
This position is a great opportunity for students with leadership experience who are graduating or upper-year students– and who would like to take on a leadership position while also maintaining a small undergraduate- or graduate-level course load.
The Role | Residence Coordinators
Residence Coordinators perform a crucial role in Residence Life at UBC and a hold a unique level of responsibility, bridging the work of Residence Life Managers and Residence Advisors. Like all Residence Life staff, RCs inspire communities, plan events, lend an ear when needed, and – most importantly – help create lifelong memories for residents and themselves.
Becoming a Residence Coordinator at UBC is a valuable way to take leadership skills to the next level, help other students succeed socially and academically, and earn income during the school year.
