…These are, in the most basic sense, the main characters in my life right now. They are the most often to be mentioned, the most likely to visit, the main pillars in my life (outside of my family). They are all amazing people (and pets!) and, if any of them are reading this right now, mean the world to me.

I have a bichon frisé too! LOL looking at that picture makes me want to cry. Mine is named Baxter and he lives in Oregon with my grandparents.
Who does Ashby live with?
I think leaving pets behind is almost harder than leaving parents. Dogs can’t talk on the phone, they aren’t allowed to stay in most motels, and they don’t live as long as humans. Wish Baxter could stay in the dorm with me…
