Fitness Assessment

Below are examples of fitness assessments that have been completed for a 20 year old female client. The client’s primary resistance goal was to improve total body fitness which included gaining strength and cardiorespiratory endurance. The client started from baseline (beginner status) so the fitness assessments below (i.e., health screening, body composition, aerobic and musculoskeletal fitness, as well as back health) were completed in order to optimize the client’s success as well as to reduce the likelihood of injury.
