If your agency has submitted a letter of support but you do not see it listed here, please contact the TDI Research Project Coordinator at tdi@help.ubc.ca to verify whether your site has permission to begin the study.
Need to prepare a TDI letter of support?
Any early years agency involved in TDI administration is required to sign a letter of support acknowledging their participation in the TDI project. Letters of support should be reviewed and signed by any individual within the agency with signing authority. Please be sure that all leadership within the agency are aware that the project will be taking place before TDI administration begins.
If your organization has not yet submitted a letter of support for the project, please send the following documents to a signing authority within your agency to prepare one:
- Letter of introduction
- This document includes important details about TDI site participation
- TDI information sheet
- This document will provide larger project context for any individuals who are not already familiar with the TDI.
- Letter of support template
- Once completed and signed, this letter can be sent to tdi@help.ubc.ca
