What major differences have you notices between learning English as a child and learning as an adult?
Main thesis: learning English as a child is easier because of the younger ages, and it’s more interesting, more fun, playing while studying. As an adult learning English need more skills and more patience on it.
English is widely spoken around the world at present, and it can be learned at any age. But different people with different experiences have different opinion on it. Leo has the opinion that the younger the learners are, the better achievements they will have on learning English. He has a friend who was born in 1998 and she can speak English very well. She also touches some achieves that her peers cannot reach. Johnny also thoughts that the age of learning English is the younger the better. However adults can learn English as well, just need more patience and skills. He met some people in some English corners for adults, on many familiar topics many adults are willing to try to speak to the foreigner speakers. As time goes by, more and adults are able to speak more and more, and they can peak more and more fluently. Therefore, the age of learning English can be a major disparity, and it can be affected by some other minor aspects.
I like how you all had your individual opinions in the post! I also like how you had a positive outlook for mature language learners! It is definitely possible so long as the dedication is present!
