Apple announced iOS 7 on September 18, and officially launched at 1:00 on September 19 2013 for free download updates.

Ios7 establishes a control center for your quick access, ease anytime you use those much-needed control options and app. Just from any screen (including lock screen) upward swipe to switch to flight mode, turn on or off the wireless LAN, adjust the screen brightness, etc. Also, enhance the notification center, have more intelligent multitasking, more powerful camera and new ringtones and wallpapers.

But, there are also many bugs. Firstly, it sometimes can’t input Chinese. Some customers said the Internet posting his iPhone after upgrading iOS7 official version appeared unable Pinyin Chinese input problem, the problem has been confirmed by other users, but Apple has innovate iOS7.0.2 to solve this problem. But Android just can download everything in free. Secondly, to watch some movies or listen to the music in iphone, one way is to buy from the Apple store, another is to synchronization from itunes. But Android only need to copy from the computers or download the music software and search for the videos or music, thus is more convenient and cheaper. But, on the other hand, iphone has a much delicacy touch and fast speed to operate procedures. Also, iphone has a clear camera which has a so high quality of mobile Pixel. Moreover, ihone has icloud which can help the customers save the profile, even the customers change another iphone or lost the old one, they can also find the profile back.

Secondly,compared with KFC, Mc has a larger area of storefront but less waiters or waitresses that cleans up the tables, thus leading to a bad reputation toward service manner. Especially in China, one of the most crowded areas with intensively high population density, the daily visitor flow in a fast-food restaurant like Mc tends to be much higher than most North American areas, where Mc originated and occupies a large portion of the market. Therefore, in order to be as successful as the Mc here, the company should better understand the regional difference and increase a proper level of human resources into daily operation. To be more detailed, Mc should employ more waiters and waitresses in Chinese sub-branches, or strengthen the training of staff to improve efficiency. Even though these actions might cause additional expenditures, it is worth taken as Mc can be more appealing to Chinese customers thus earns more profits.

in China, KFC has more customers than Mc, but Mc is the world second largest food companies. The first reason is that KFC caters more to the taste of local people. For example, most Chinese people prefer rice than bread, thus, KFC values the selling of induced new products with rice. Recently, Mc also tries to add rice into their menu, but only gets a failure. What causes such big difference? One of the reasons is that, Mc mainly focuses on a single product, hamburger making which was exactly what it made several years ago, but relatively does worse toward other aspects, while KFC tries to be innovated and focuses on a wide range of items. To solve this problem, Mc should do some market surveys; and try to include the local tastes. Not only introducing different food in different areas, but also inducing different tastes within one country, since everyone has a period to get tired of the same food. A new product can change this feeling and also hold others curiosity then attract both old and new customers.
