What is UBC MHAC?
The UBC Mental Health Awareness Club (or UBC MHAC) was established to provide opportunities to discuss mental health–related topics in the UBC campus and community. Our aims are to eliminate stigma towards mental illness, promote positive mental health, and start open conversations surrounding mental wellness. The MHAC team works towards these goals by hosting a variety of events and writing posts on our blog for the UBC community.
