Since Donald Trump has been selected as the new president of America, there are overwhelming news about him. But among these news, I was most impressed by his sexual assault scandal. The news stated: “At least 24 women have accused the Republican president Donald Trump, of inappropriate sexual behaviour in multiple incidents during the last 30 years.”

As a female, I can’t stand this inappropriate sexual behaviour. This behaviour not only destroys the ethical principles of life, but also violates the dignity of women. Although Donald Trump has denied the women’s accusations and dismissing the as “lies” and “fabrications”, there is a lot of evidence to approve his guilty.

In my opinion, this is an ethical issue. In chapter 12 of the text book, there is a specific section about ethics. It defined ethics as the “moral values or principles that guide people’s behavior and inform them whether the actions are right or wrong.” In this incident, it is obvious to see that Donald Trump broke the ethics of his life. He used his high reputation and wealth to violate those women’s both their bodies and dignity. Everyone around the world knows that Donald Trump indeed did these things and I’m doubt whether he can be an ethical leader. A person who couldn’t make an ethical decision on his personal life, how could he make an ethical decision on his country? And this not only bothers me, but also bothers the citizens of the United States. As a political man, the president of a country, if he couldn’t face his own mistakes frankly, how could he lead the whole country down the right path?

In conclusion, I know sometimes it is inevitable to make some decisions which are violated your own principles, but it is unforgivable not to admit your own mistakes.
