In Part 2, we turn to how EDI can improve BI. We discuss ways in which the field has not been diverse, inclusive, and equitable, changes it can make to be more diverse, inclusive, and equitable, and how those changes will improve the science and practice of BI. Sylvia leaves us with some action items to help us all be more inclusive in our day-to-day lives.
