Are you an experienced researcher looking for an exciting next step in your career? The BC Behavioural Insights Group (BC BIG) is looking for a Methods Specialist to join our team. We’re a passionate group of practitioners motivated by a desire to make a meaningful and measurable positive impact on the lives of British Columbians.

BC BIG is a trusted resource with a rich portfolio of experience. We are fortunate to be able to explore complex and important issues through a behavioural lens offering expert advice, evaluation services, and training to our colleagues across the public service. In our role as internal government consultants, we are exposed to a variety of policy challenges and have co-developed several behaviourally-informed solutions for our client partners which you can read about in our latest Progress Report.
