Fundamentals of Behavioural Insights is a three-week introductory course that provides an overview of how Behavioural Insights uses principles from the Behavioural and Decision Sciences (including Psychology and Economics) to:
- understand the ways in which people make decisions and behave;
- design programs, policies, and products to encourage positive changes;
- rigorously evaluate the impact of these programs, policies, and products; and
- discuss and evaluate ethical considerations related to behaviourally-informed solutions and experimentation.

Advanced Professional Certificate in Behavioural Insights
The Advanced Professional Certificate in Behavioural Insights is rigorous BI practitioner training designed to provide immediate professional impact by giving you the knowledge and skills to design and evaluate BI solutions in your workplace. The program combines live online coursework and a capstone project over the course of 9 months.
