The most conventional assessment format is a final paper; but the conventionality of the format doesn’t mean the students’ ideas and execution are nearly as conventional. Here, you’ll see papers written about some of the more important topics to the Hong Kong diaspora. Through these papers, it’s apparent how impactful these cultural issues are for some students, and how fraught with emotions they are while also trying to function within mainstream society.
