The Elders’ Digital Storytelling project began in 2014. Since then, the face-to-face course has been done in different municipalities in Greater Vancouver. The research goal was to investigate whether digital storytelling can encourage and support communication and socialization, the maintenance and development of cognitive communication, media and technology skills, and to provide social/emotional benefits to older students.
